Lots of news

Hi everyone
Great news! The new 2009 collection is just about ready. This season I was fortunate to have obtained the most beautiful vintage fur coat buttons you have ever laid eyes on for my necklaces. It is going to be like parting with one of my own children as I have grown very attached to them. Also, this year I am offering several different options for hanging your button pendants. There will be many lengths of either leather or chain as well as silver plated chokers available. All stunning options!!
This was a busy winter of getting the Auntie Em's ReCreations name out there and I managed to land in two publications 1. Granville, sustainable city living online magazine and 2.Steveston ivillage, online magazine. See the links below for the details.

Looking forward to seeing you all at the Steveston Farmers and Artisans Market beginning May 24th on Sunday and running every other week from 10am to 3. See you there!

Steveston Farmers Market

Well, it's been 4 weeks at the Market and though it was a slow start things are starting to rev up. My recycled jewellery and accessories have been well received and sales have been very good.

It is so nice to get out in my community and meet the people and share stories as well as get a chance to show off my designs. The Richmond News will be featuring me in an article in June 20th's edition. Watch for that and hope to see you out at the Market from 11-4 on Sunday afternoons in beautiful Steveston BC.
